Emma Bunton Says Sons Call Her Former Group ‘The Spicy Girls’

Baby Spice is all grown up!

Emma Bunton already has two baby boys of her own: Tate Lee, 4, and Beau Lee, 8, with fiancé Jade Jones.

And while the brothers “get on really well,” the proud mama marvels at their polar opposite personalities.

“I’ve brought them up exactly the same, they have the same toys, hand-me-downs — but they’re just so different!” she told PEOPLE at the Pampers UNICEF 10-year partnership event Monday in New York City.

Despite their differences, Bunton adds, “The other morning, I was woken up to them laughing and playing in their room — I am so pleased.”

While Beau is into football and other sports, Tate seems to be following in his musical mama’s footsteps.

“[He] loves music, so we are constantly listening to music with him. He gets his pretend mic and he thinks he’s a rock star already,” she shares.

Bunton jokes her children call her former pop group “The Spicy Girls,” but, beyond that, both boys know the members by a different name: “Well, there’s Bluebell‘s mummy,” she jokes of Geri Halliwell‘s 9-year-old daughter.

But Tate and Beau could have the opportunity to see the Spice Girls back in action. Melanie Brown recently told PEOPLE she would be up for a 20th anniversary tour — and Bunton is ready to jump on the bandwagon.

“I’d love to! We all talk about it — it would be great fun, wouldn’t it? We got to celebrate somehow,” she says.

With so much going on — including balancing her day-to-day motherhood duties and a radio show — Bunton admits she has little time to concentrate on tying the knot with Jones.

“I feel really bad because my other half would love to — like, yesterday,” she explains. “We haven’t organized anything. I should really just say, well if you want it, you can organize it!”

Bunton, 39, has been a UNICEF ambassador for several years. UNICEF’s partnership with Pampers gives one vaccine for every pack of diapers sold as they work to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus.

After Bunton made a UNICEF trip to Madagascar last year, Beau looked at photos and asked if there was anything he could do to help. “He’s very thoughtful,” Bunton shares.
