Doris Simeon, Funky Malam, others turn up Abinibi’s ‘A Great Day’ premiere

Famed graphics designer, James Abinibi last night premiered his debut movie ‘A Great Day’. The premiere, which held at the Filmhouse Cinema in Surulere, Lagos was attended by a host of industry players.

Leading the guests was Nollywood actress and producer, Doris Simeon as well as comic star, Funky Mallam. Others present include Akin Alabi, Steve Shodiya, Shola Animashaun, Bunmi Davies, Oge Peters amongst others.

‘A Great Day’, a short movie which chronicles the activity of a young job seeker in one day, is the first production of Abinibi who has previously worked with award winning filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan on several movies.
